These Terms of Use govern your use of the Centora website, waitlist, Founding memberships, and booking tools. By using the site, joining the waitlist, purchasing Founding, or booking a call, you agree to these terms. This is plain-English information — not a substitute for a signed services agreement, and not legal advice. Last updated: September 29, 2026.
Who we are
Centora builds Living Sites products and also provides managed marketing, sales, creative, and automation services. Contact: Centora.biz@gmail.com.
Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist, purchase a Founding membership, book a strategy call, or enter a services relationship. Those flows require an age confirmation.
Waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee Founding availability, pricing, or launch timing.
- Email updates require explicit consent. SMS is optional. You may unsubscribe anytime.
Founding memberships (one-time payments)
- Founding Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Titan are one-time USD payments via Stripe Checkout — not subscriptions and not a managed-services retainer.
- Detailed tier pricing, lifetime-discount definitions, Titan contribution options, and refund notes are in Founding Terms (counsel should finalize before advertising Founding with real money).
- Titan purchase grants founding membership benefits only. It does not grant equity, securities, or investment rights. Any future equity process, if ever offered, would be separate and is not promised by checkout.
- Cap: 10,000 paid founding statuses. Founder numbers are assigned only after successful payment.
Strategy calls
- Booking a call does not create a paid engagement until we agree in writing (or via Stripe invoice/subscription).
- Provide accurate contact details, including a reachable phone number.
- We may cancel or reschedule slots for availability, abuse, or operational reasons and will notify you when we can.
Services and billing
- Public pages describe typical offerings and starting prices. Final scope and fees are agreed after a conversation and confirmed by invoice or subscription.
- Monthly retainers billed through Stripe renew until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription from the admin billing tools we operate, or by contacting us. First invoices are typically due in 7 days unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
- There is no public self-serve "Subscribe" button on the marketing site; sales are call-then-invoice.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site (spam bookings or waitlist, scraping, attempts to bypass security, or illegal activity). We may block access or discard abusive submissions.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Centora or our licensors. See our DMCA page for copyright complaints.
Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is." We work hard to keep information accurate, but marketing copy may change. Results from growth services vary; we do not guarantee specific outcomes unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. For paid services and Founding purchases, liability is governed by the applicable terms, founding terms, services agreement, or invoice terms.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with an updated date.
