What to include in a notice
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL or other specific location of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore the material as the statute allows.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights in appropriate circumstances.
Registration status
Publishing agent details on this page is not the same as filing a designation with the U.S. Copyright Office. Centora's agent must still be registered (and kept current) at dmca.copyright.gov for safe-harbor purposes. Do not assume registration is complete until the Copyright Office listing shows Centora's agent.
